Miike Snow are an electropop band from Stockholm, Sweden who formed in 2007. The band consists of American songwriter Andrew Wyatt and Swedish producers Christian Karlsson and Pontus Winnberg. The two producers are not new to the scene having worked as the duo Bloodshy & Avant and produced for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Madonna and on Britney Spears ‘Toxic”winning themselves a Grammy in process.
Miike Snow released their debut album this year and it’s since been met with critical acclaim and there’s every reason for it.
Now, super producer Mark Ronson (who worked with Andrew Wyatt on the co-production on Daniel Merriweather’s Love And War) has remixed Miike Snow’s first hit single, “Animal” as a “rootsy reggae song, complete with punchy horns and some serious organ play…” You’ll love it.
